Purpose: The Wisconsin Masonic Foundation is organized under the Grand Lodge of Wisconsin F. & A.M. to encourage charity for the needy, including the educational benefit of youth in Wisconsin.
The Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Masonic Foundation recognizes the efforts of the Masonic Lodges and school districts throughout the state to support the continuing and higher education of graduating high school seniors, as well as the opportunity for prospective donors to support continuing education in other appropriate manners.
The scholarship programs currently recognized and employed by the foundation for this are:

The Wisconsin Masonic Foundation Matching High School Scholarship Program. This provides matching funds of up to $500 per year to any qualifying constituent Lodge.

The Wisconsin Masonic Foundation High School Perpetual Scholarship Program. This program provides continuing annual awards based on an established gift as follows:

$25,000 --- $2,000 annual award

$22,500 --- $1,800 annual award

$20,000 --- $1,600 annual award

$17,500 --- $1,400 annual award

$15,000 --- $1,200 annual award

$12,500 --- $1,000 annual award

$10,000 --- $800 annual award

$7,500 --- $600 annual award

$5,000 --- $400 annual award

Scholarship programs operating under the first (2) programs identified in this policy must be conducted in conjunction with:
- A selected high school
- The guidance or counseling department of the selected high school acting as application agent for the scholarship
- The constituent Lodge located in or near the community served by the selected high school.
- Special Donor Advised Funds created with a permanently restricted gift. This program provides for a special scholarship to be established according to an individual donor request.
All Wisconsin Masonic Foundation scholarships must be conducted for the purposes as defined by Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
The Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Masonic Foundation may make revisions to this policy as they deem necessary or appropriate to meet the changing needs of education.
